Oliaros is a small, charming hotel, located in Agios Georgios (Saint George) south-west of Antiparos village, in one of the most picturesque cornets, with ideal orientation, offering a breathtaking view overlooking the bay of Despotiko Island. The bay itself is with sandy beaches, volcanic landscape and at a very close distance from the uninhabited Despotiko Island (ancient "Prepesinthos"), a place of great archaeological value. Respecting the environment and maintaining the traditional Cycladic architecture was our main concern when building "Oliaros", an exquisite "balcony" over the light blue Aegean Sea. Our rooms and studios have a marvelous sea view and are decorated with discrete taste, highlighting the traditional element.

Accommodation

Respecting the Greek hospitality, in Oliaros we are making an effort to offer you quality accommodation and services. The Hotel has been in our family for years and it is with patience and devotion that it was preserved and refurbished in its contemporary look. The dominant feature of all rooms is the Cycladic decoration. Unique hand crafted furniture and paintings have been collected over the years from different places of Greece to decorate the rooms.

Services

The reception operates from 8 am to 9 pm, while during the night there is staff in case of an emergency.

Continental breakfast is served from 8.30 to 11.30 in the outer area of the hotel, or it can be brought to your room when agreed.

The Rooms are cleaned daily and the sheets and towels are changed every 3 days.

Our personal service is at hand whenever you need it.

Activities

The beautiful coast, the beaches and the small islets with blue waters, surrounding Antiparos Island, are the ideal places for daily sea excursions, sea kayaking and scuba diving. From Antiparos port, there are several small cruise boats, providing sea excursions around Antiparos, with snorkeling and barbecue food. To reach Despotiko Island and the beaches, there is a daily boat service from Saint George. You can also paddle to the sea caves from Saint George beach, and the distance is 1 n.m. Alternative tourism is available to visitors for adventure and escape from everyday life. For detailed information and plans, ask the reception desk.
