Cancellation

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. The guest will be charged the full cost of the reservation if cancelled within 29 days prior to arrival. For no show full charges apply.

Payment:

The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize your cc in order to guarantee your booking. The 100% of the total price will be charged to your cc 30 days before your arrival.
In the case of advance payment, 30% of the accommodation cost is paid via bank wire transfer and the remaining balance upon arrival at the reception.
