Policies

Cancellation

• No fee will be charged for any cancellation prior to 31 days before confirmed arrival.
• In case of cancellation 15-31 days prior to arrival 50% of the total cost will be charged.
• In case of cancellation 8-14 days prior to arrival 75% of the total cost will be charged.
• In case of cancellation 1 to 7 days prior to arrival 100% of the total cost will be charged.
• In case of no-show or departure prior to the scheduled and confirmed date the full amount will be charged.

Payment:

• 35% of the total amount is required to secure your reservation.
• The rest of the amount is charged upon arrival.
• Nicoletta reserves the right to charge and/or pre authorize credit cards prior to the guests arrival.
