Cancellation

• No charges are incurred for cancellations up to 21 days before the date of arrival.
• Cancellations 21 - 14 days before the date of arrival are charged 50% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations 7 days before the arrival date and no-shows are charged 100% of the reservation.
• Cancellations checking out earlier than the original check out day are charged 100% of the reservation charge.

Payment:

• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
