Cancellation

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel after the free cancellation period.
In case of non-show, or an early departure, there will be a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of total stay.

Payment:

No deposit is required upon reservation.
100% of the total reservation will be charged after the free cancellation limit.
Climate Resilience Tax (5,00 eur/day/room) is paid by the guests upon arrival.

The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival. The credit card can also be charged when there is a penalty for changes / cancellations / no-show according to the cancellation policy.
