The Mistral Hotel is a singles resort which caters exclusively for independent and single travellers in their 20's to 70's who enjoy great food, good company and a warm, natural environment.  If you want to travel alone but not be alone, join us to experience authentic Greece and Crete and we promise to make your singles holiday stay a memorable one.  The Mistral Hotel is a small, friendly hotel with a wonderful holidays for singles atmosphere, excellent traditional home-cooked Cretan cuisine and great value for money.  We are happy to welcome single travellers and small groups looking for a singles resort from all over the world.  We offer a vast range of excursions and activities and you can take part in as much or as little as you wish.  There are also special interest weeks at the Mistral Hotel throughout the season.

Policies

Cancellation

• Standard cancellation charges prior to arrival.

  Notification of cancellation in excess of 55 days – deposit only
  55-25 days prior to arrival 60% of total
  24-15 days prior to arrival 80% of total
  Less than 15 days prior to arrival 100% forfeit

Payment:

• The deposit of 300€ will be taken automatically from your credit/debit card. If you choose to pay by bank transfer we will email you the bank details.
• If your arrival is within the next 8 weeks, the full holiday cost will be taken from your credit/debit card.
• The full balance falls payable 8 weeks prior to arrival by credit/debit card or bank transfer. Unless otherwise specified, the balance will be taken automatically from your credit or debit card on the due date.
• We are happy for you to pay the balance by bank transfer or cash on arrival by prior arrangement only.
• Please email us immediately at info@singlesincrete.com to inform us about your desired payment method.
• Please note that deposits are non-refundable.  
• We reserve the right to refuse a booking. A booking is not valid if we have not successfully received sufficient payment towards it.
• NB: there is a local tax of €2.00 per guest, per night, that must be paid in Euro (cash) at reception
