The hotel was founded in 2010 and expands in three different buildings on several levels, overlooking the lake and the city of Ioannina. Special attention was given to the architectural elements and local tradition but also to structural and technical standards in order to have the minimum environmental impact. The buildings are connected with stone walkways, beautiful Mediterranean garden and secluded terraces where you can retreat and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Cancellation

Low Middle seasson: If cancelled 5 days prior arrival no cancellation fees will apply, if cancelled within 5 days prior arrival 50% cancellation fees of the total amount of the reservation will apply. In case of no-show or early departure full cancellation fees will apply.

High seasson: If cancelled 14 days prior arrival no cancellation fees will apply, if cancelled up to 5 days prior arrival 50% cancellation fees of the total amount of the reservation will apply. If cancelled later or in case of no-show or in case of early departure full cancellation fees will apply

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
