Michalis Studios & Apartments is 3 kilometres from the centre of Kos, 1 km from the marina, close to supermarkets and restaurants and just a 5 minute walk to Psalidi beach. There are three types of rooms: studios, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments catering for 2 to 4 people. The rooms have air-conditioning, cooking facilities, fridge, tv, telephone, hairdryer and a balcony or terrace.

There is a main pool with an adjacent children’s pool and a snack bar serving various meals and drinks. Enjoy playing billiards, table tennis, board games and darts. For the fitness orientated there is also a gym.

The bus stop is opposite and parking is available on the side of the accommodation.

Guests soon settle into the relaxed environment and friendly atmosphere.

Cancellation

• If cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
• If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, no refund of deposit.
• In case of no-show, no refund of deposit and the amount owing will be charged.

Payment:

Payment via Credit Card or Bank Wire Transfer is required to secure the reservation.

A deposit of 20% of the reservation total is required to confirm the reservation.

An e-mail will be sent outlining the amount required to be paid.
