Policies

Cancellation

•  If cancelled or modified until/up to 7 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
•  If cancelled or modified later, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
•  In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payment:

Deposit, equal to the 30% of the total amount of each reservation is required upon confirmation. Remaining balance will be settled upon arrival.

***Important Information: Kindly note that in case of any type of prepayment, you need to present to the Front Desk on check-in, the Credit Card used, along with your ID or passport for verification. The credit card used must be under the name of one of the residents. The credit card used at the time of making the reservation must be valid for the entire stay.
