Hotel Mediterraneo is located in the popular travel destination L.Hersonissos, 25 km east from Heraklion city & airport. The hotel combines easy access to the center of the town (1 km), privacy, quietness, luxury & a panoramic view to the sea.

All rooms have the following facilities, balcony or terrace, air-conditioning, satellite TV with music channel, refrigerator, in room safe box, bath or shower and hair-dryer. Sea view or side sea view is also, available in the most of the rooms.

There are 3 different room types (including all the facilities mentioned above):
A. Double standard room (ca 26 m2)
B. Junior Suite (ca. 32 m2 with a separated bedroom with a double bed  and a room with 2 single beds)
C. Villas with private pools (ca 55 m2 with 1 spacious bedroom & 1 sitting room with 2 sofa beds)

There is also a main restaurant with sea & pool view for breakfast lunch and dinner in buffet-style, a main bar for cocktails & drinks during the day and night and 2 pool bars during the daytime.

In the hotel you can also find a gym-fitness room, a wellness room with Sauna, Hamam (steam bath), Jacuzzi & a massage room, cosmetic services, games-room (with billiard, table tennis / hockey / football, video games, darts), internet corner, meeting room, indoor children playground, satellite TV corner, 2 great pools with sun chairs and umbrellas free of charge, 2 children pools and playground next to the pool area. There is also available a tennis court, a football court 5x5 and a beach volley court.

Conference room for approximately 200 people with audiovisual equipment will be in use starting from April 2009.

The walking distance from the closest beach is between 300 and 400 meters of which you will find all kind of sea sports & games, beach services such as chairs and umbrellas, refreshments and lots of other facilities with matching pleasure. Star Beach water Park is only 500m away.
The hotel is also a member of the Golf Club of Crete (5km away).

The all inclusive description of Mediterraneo Hotel**** for the summer season 2010.

• Breakfast on buffet style  07:30 - 09:30
• Lunch on buffet style        12:30 - 14:00
• Dinner on buffet style       19:30 - 21:30

Water, soft drinks, local draft beer, local wine (red, rose & white) during meals.
From 11:00-17:00 at the pool bar different snacks & ice cream for the kids.
At the pool bar from 11:00-18:00 Soft drinks, filter coffee & tea, Local alcoholic Drinks (Ouzo, Raki, Brandy), local beer & wine.

One hour during the afternoon filter coffee or tea with cake and pastry (17:00-18:00).
From 18:00 - 23:00 at the main bar and the terrace, soft drinks, filter coffee & tea, local alcoholic drinks (ouzo/raki/brandy) draft beer & local wine red, rose or white.

Games & activities free of charge: Fitness room, Tennis, Football 5x5, beach volley, table tennis, darts, cards, and chess & backgammon tables.
