Cancellation

Εάν ό πελάτης ακυρώσει την κράτηση 21 ημέρες πριν από την άφιξή του, δεν υποχρεούται σε καμία πληρωμή και δικαιούται να ζητήσει πίσω τη δοθείσα προκαταβολή.

Εάν ό πελάτης ακυρώσει τη κράτηση 14 ημέρες πριν από την άφιξη, υποχρεούται να πληρώσει το ήμισυ της  συνολικής χρέωσης

Ενώ εάν ακυρώσει τη κράτηση 7 ημέρες πριν από την άφιξη, υποχρεούται να καταβάλει όλο το ποσό της χρέωσης για τη διαμονή του.

Payment:

Ή  κράτηση γίνεται μόνο με την κατάθεση προκαταβολής στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό ή με την χρέωση πιστωτικής κάρτας (VISA-MASTERCARD) του πελάτη, το αργότερο την επόμενη ημέρα, ανερχόμενη στο 25% της συνολικής χρέωσης.

Με την άφιξη του πελάτη γίνεται ή πλήρης εξόφληση της κράτησης μόνο με μετρητά και πριν από την παράδοση του κλειδιού του διαμερίσματος ή του δωματίου.

ΆΦΙΞΗ   ΚΑΙ ΑΝΑΧΩΡΗΣΗ
Το  check in  γίνεται από τις 14:00 μ.μ. έως τις 24:00 μ.μ. της ημέρας άφιξης ενώ το check out γίνεται στις  12:00 μ.μ. την ημέρα αναχώρησης.
Ό πελάτης, κατόπιν συνεννόησης, μπορεί να παραμείνει στο διαμέρισμα ή στο δωμάτιο από τις 12:00 μ.μ  έως τις 18:00 μ.μ. με χρέωση το ήμισυ της συμφωνημένης τιμής διανυκτέρευσης, ενώ  μετά τις 18:00 μ.μ ό πελάτης υποχρεούται  να καταβάλλει ολόκληρο το ποσό της ημερήσιας χρέωσης.
