Cancellation

In case of cancellation the prepaid amount is non refundable.

Payment:

At the time of booking 30% deposit is required to secure and guarantee your booking.

The deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation.

The remaining amount of your reservation will be settled upon your arrival at the hotel.

For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will NOT refunded and there are no MORE cancellation fees.

up to 14 days result a 50% cancellation fee.

7 days or later 100% cancellation fees.

In case of non-show, there will be a 100% cancellation fee.

In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay.
