Cancellation

• Cancellation 48 hours (2 days) prior arrival date (12:00 noon time), no fee will be charged.  
• Cancellation less than 48 hours (2 days) has cancellation fees with the full charge all accommodation dates.
• Cancellation during the stay, part of the remaining overnights has cancellation fees with the full charge them.
• Non show room: All reserved overnights will be charged.

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards 1 week prior to arrival.  
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card in order this reservation to be quaranteed. In case of your credit card is not valid, the guest is obliged to provide new credit card, otherwise the reservation WILL BE PENDING.
