Cancellation
Every booking is secured by a 30% of the total booking and is refudable if cancelation occurs 30 days before arrival.
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Payment:
All bookings to be secured by a 30% deposit upon confirmation.
•Full prepayment to be received upon guest’s departure.
•All remaining balances to be settled upon check out of the hotel.
•Additional charges applicable to early check-in / late check-out.
