Mandilaria Studios is a complex of budget accommodation studio in Emborio at a short distance from Perivolos beach and at 2 km from Perissa.

Built in an austere architectural style, in the colors of ochre and white, the studios fully integrate with the surroundings, creating a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and carefree holidays, with your family, friends or your companion, in one of the most discerning locations of the island.

Mandilaria complex consists of 12 airy and sunny studios, distributed in two floors. In their ample areas, interior design is plain yet pleasant, with all the necessary amenities. The complex boasts well attended public spaces, a bar, outdoor pool, a large garden and playground for the entertainment of the children, as well as a mini pool for the kids.

The owners of Mandilaria studios have looked into every little detail that can make your stay as convenient as possible, offering laundry services, daily maid for the maintenance of the studios and many more personalized services upon request.

Should you wish to hire a car or a motorbike, or take part in a local excursion; the owners will eagerly assist and offer all necessary information.

In Mandilaria studios there is free private parking space. Also available is free transportation to and from the port of Athinios and the International Airport of Santorini [Thira].

Policies

Cancellation

• If cancelled up to 8 days before the date of arrival; No cancellation fee will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival; 25% of the stay’s total amount will be charged.
• In case of a no-show; 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.
• In case of early departure; 100% of the remaining costs of the reservation will be charged.

Payment:

The reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Once the reservation is completed, Mandilaria Studios reserves the right to pre-authorize the total reservation amount from the provided credit card, which will be temporarily held and deducted from the customer’s credit card limit. This temporary hold is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the customer’s credit card. The hold falls off within 14 days at the latest.

The preauthorization process ensures the online security and privacy of the card holder and prevents any fraudulent attempts. Guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation and an ID card or passport with a photo of the cardholder upon arrival at the hotel.

Otherwise, the amount of the full stay will have to be settled by a different method, either by a different credit card with the cardholder present or by cash.
