Cancellation

No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 3 days in low season, prior to 5 days in middle season and prior to 7 days in high season before confirmed arrival date.

Cancellation Fees are as follows:

Low season (May 9th - June 10th or September 17th - Oct 27th): for late cancellations (less than 3 days before arrival) the fee is 30% of total reservation cost.

Middle season (June 11th - July 15th or August 22nd - September 16th): for late cancellations (less than 5 days before arrival) the fee is 30% of total reservation cost.

High season (July 16th - August 21st): for late cancellations (less than 7 days before arrival) the fee is 30% of total reservation cost.

No show fee, departure prior to scheduled arrival or arrival after the scheduled date: 100% of total reservation cost.

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
