The Luxury Dream Villa is built in a private plot (measuring 3500 square meters), in the quiet village of Pantokratoras.

The location is ideal, as it is quiet and peaceful, but also close to the famous tourist resort of Laganas, just 2 kilometers away. 

The villa is surrounded by well kept lawns, olive trees and your own private little orchard which includes lemon trees, orange trees and pomegranate trees.

Outside, you will also find a large veranda, a sun terrace, a shaded dining area, a swimming pool with sun loungers and plenty of room for children to play.

Spend your days leisurely by the pool soaking up some sun and enjoy the cool evening breeze on the veranda while sipping a drink or dining al fresco.

Policies

Cancellation

• The villa reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
• 50% deposit is required upon confirmation and it is not refundable in any case.
• If cancelled 30 days or more before date of arrival, no additional cancellation fee will be charged. (Only the deposit of 50% of the total which is non refundable)
• If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, no refund will be issued.
• In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued.

Payment:

• The villa reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
• 50% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation.
• 30 days prior to arrival an additional 50% (remaining balance) of the full amount will be charged to your credit card.
• Advance payments are not refundable in case of cancellation.
• Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full.
• If advance payment is sent via bank transfer, final booking confirmation is provided after receipt of payment.
