The Lithies Homes are built on the cliff of the caldera and have commanding views of the majestic landscape of the island and the volcano. Our homes are a cluster of three traditional homes, Zephyr, Iris, and Eros, and a fourth home, Dione, separate for the other three, all built in the local vernacular architecture. They are unique in the sense that they are authentic houses and not a hotel built in subsequent times. Fully renovated with all state of the art bathrooms and kitchens, all four have air conditioning and free high speed internet, and they still preserve their old-architecture charm.

The clustered homes share a generous terrace that links all three and offers sweeping views of the caldera and the volcano. Each home has, right by its entrance, its own little patio space with a table and two chairs where you may also be served your breakfast and, in addition to that, each home has a designated part of the terrace with its own table with an umbrella and five chairs right next to our blue-tiled swimming pool

7 days or less prior to arrival or in the case of a no-show, 50% of the otal Amount of Stay is charged.

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to guests' arrival. Full payment will be made directly at the hotel.
