Policies

Cancellation

FREE Cancellation up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. In case of cancellation in less than 7 days (7-0 days prior to arrival) 100% cancellation fees. Non Show or Early Departure 100% cancellation fees.  

· Rates published online are not valid for Group Bookings. A “Group Booking” is defined as a booking for 4 rooms/suites or more with the same or similar arrival and departure date.

· In case of any reservation that has been identified as a Group Booking via Liostasi's Official Website, the hotel reserves the right to contact the client in connection with special conditions and rates relating to Group Bookings.

· In case of any reservation that has been identified as a Group Booking via Liostasi's Official Website, the hotel reserves the right to refuse and cancel any such reservations if the client has not accepted the hotel’s applicable special booking conditions and rates.

Payment:

NO DEPOSIT is required upon reservation. 50% of the total reservation cost to be charged 7 days prior arrival and the rest 50% 3 days prior arrival.
