Cancellation

No fee is charged for cancellation up to 14 days before the confirmed arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 13 days before the arrival date, the aforementioned deposit will be withheld. In case of cancellation of part of the agreed number of days after a guest’s arrival he/she is required to pay the rent equivalent to 50% of the cancelled number of days. In case of no-show guests are required to pay the rent of 100% of the originally agreed number of days.

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival. For reservations exceeding 3 days of stay the Hotel reserves the right to charge guest's credit card with the sum equivalent to the 25% of the total amount as a form of deposit.
