Lemonia Zakynthos Studios is situated thirty [30] meters away from the lovely sandy beach of Aghios Sostis, with just a short vertical road leading there. It is a complex made of six studios which can accommodate up to three [3] guests, a family room which can accommodate four [4] to six [6] guests and two apartments that can accommodate up to four [4] guests. All of the above share a colorful and blossoming garden. 



Each studio or apartment has its own balcony with sea or garden view and features a double bed or alternatively one or two single beds, depending on its type. There is also a bathroom with shower in every room, plus a fully-equipped kitchen. Additionally, Lemonia Zakynthos Studios provides a private parking space for each guest, a large garden with enough space for children to play safely, BBQ facilities and a large shared veranda.

Policies

Cancellation

• If cancelled up to 8 days before the date of arrival; No cancellation fee will be charged.
• If cancelled 7 days or less before the date of arrival; 25% of the stay’s total amount will be charged.
• In case of no-show; 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.
• In case of early departure; 100% of the remaining costs of the reservation will be charged.

Payment:

The reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Once the reservation is completed, Lemonia Accommodations reserves the right to pre-authorize the total reservation amount from the provided credit card, which will be temporarily held and deducted from the customer’s credit card limit. This temporary hold is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the customer’s credit card. The hold falls off within 14 days at the latest. The preauthorization process ensures the online security and privacy of the cardholder and prevents any fraudulent attempts. Guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation and an ID card or passport with a photo of the cardholder upon arrival at the hotel. Otherwise, the amount of the full stay will have to be settled by a different method, either by a different credit card with the cardholder present or by cash.
