Policies

Cancellation

• In case of cancellation at least 15 days prior to arrival, there are no cancellation fees.
• In case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival, cancellation fees are the deposit.
• In case of cancellation between 6 to 1 day prior to arrival date or non-show, the cancellation fees are all stay.
• Early Departure we charge all the rest days (all stay).

Payment:

• We charge 30% deposit by credit card at the time of booking and 70% upon arrival. For travel agencies we charge 30% deposit by credit card at the time of booking and 70% we charge 14 days before the arrival.
