Cancellation

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.

In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, no-show, or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Any applicable refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original reservation.

Reservation Modifications

Changes to reservation dates or number of guests are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.

Payment:

All payments are made in Euro (€), either via bank transfer or by credit/debit card (VISA & MASTERCARD).

A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required in order to confirm the booking.

The remaining balance must be fully settled no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
