Policies

Cancellation

• If cancelled up to 15 days before the date of arrival; No cancellation fees will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 14 days before the date of arrival; 50% of the stay’s total amount will be charged.
• In case of no-show; 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.
• In case of early departure; 100% of the remaining costs of the reservation will be charged.

Payment:

The reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Once the reservation is completed, Kymothoe Elite reserves the right to pre-authorize the total reservation amount from the provided credit card, which will be temporarily held and deducted from the customer’s credit card limit.

This temporary hold is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the customer’s credit card. The hold falls off within 14 days at the latest. The preauthorization process ensures the online security and privacy of the cardholder and prevents any fraudulent attempts.

Guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation and an ID card or passport with a photo of the cardholder upon arrival at the hotel.

Otherwise, the amount of the full stay will have to be settled by a different method, either by a different credit card with the cardholder present or by cash.
