Kipos is found approx 25 minutes walk outside of Gaios. Set in a large walled property, on a gently sloping hillside, this charming mixture of eight self-contained terraced villas, apartments and studios, all enjoy  views of the sea and have been sympathetically positioned amongst olive groves and gardens to ensure as much privacy as possible.

Whilst Kyma and Kallisti are detached, the studios are thoughtfully combined in pairs (with separate access), Kamini Apartment and studio and Koukouli Apartment and studio are particularly suitable if taken together for friends and family  wishing to be together but also to  have privacy. Koukouli Apartment and studio have benefited by a new addition in 2013 of their own shared swimming pool.

Below the large shared swimming pool of Kipos, which has a toddlers section, there is direct access, via steep steps, to the small beach and flat rocks which offers the perfect swimming and snorkeling spot.

The shared gardens have an abundance of fruit trees, shrubs and pot plants of every kind which are carefully tended by the owners providing an excellent venue for outdoor cooking on the shared built in B.B.Q.
