Nestled on an expanse of gorgeously landscaped acres of Mediterranean gardens with a lengthy sandy beach, this spacious hotel offers to its guests a masterful blend of assured comfort and Crete's warm hospitality.

Located approximately 35 km east of Iraklion, the Hotel “KERNOS BEACH’’ is an ideal vacation spot. The ‘’KERNOS BEACH’’ is a 4-star hotel complex which with its architectural design, is set in a natural environment. The main building and the various bungalows are surrounded by the lush green gardens.

The rooms in the main building are modernly designed and most comfortable. All with private bathroom, terrace or balcony, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (main system, June/September, evening hours), music programme, hairdryer, refrigerator and Sat. TV in all rooms. The bungalows in the various unit buildings are also modernly designed and most comfortable and are fully equipped with the same amenities as the rooms in the main building.

Among the facilities at the complex, there are various spacious lounge areas and a bar with a large veranda overlooking the garden and the sea.

The Restaurant is divided into various levels, with a large veranda in the garden overlooking the swimming pool and the sea, where it features a buffet for breakfast, where as well lunch is served. For dinner a choice of various salads hors d ́oeuvres and desserts are offered at the buffet. In addition, soup, the main dish (of your selection) is served.

At the Fish Taverna located on the sea, a wide range of seafood and fish are available.

At the Cafeteria situated on the Eastern end of the complex, on the beach and with a view to the sea, enjoy a coffee or tea with a choice of local and international sweets.

At the Kafenion located in the small square and under the coolness of the plane-trees, enjoy a cup of Greek traditional coffee. At the small square under the plane tree, there is also a mini-market. In the lounge area, there is a Jewelery Store and a Boutique available.

There are two swimming pools, one of size 20 x 40 Mts. and a smaller one that is shallow for the children. Two tennis courts and a tennis school. Mini Golf, Ping-Pong and volleyball. At the beach, there are pedaloes, and water skiing. In addition there is a billiard available in the large lounge area.

The beach is sandy and approximately 300 meters long with shallow waters.

There are various weekly events such as Barbecque Night, Greek Night, Dancing Night with Live Orchestra etc. The animation team organises recreational activities for guests and their children consisting of a light daily programme.

Policies

Cancellation

If the reservation is cancelled until seven days prior to scheduled arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.

In case of cancellation or change of dates occurring later, then 100% of the total amount will be charged. In case of early departure, late arrival, or non-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Payment:

In order to guarantee the reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required upon booking.
The remaining amount will be charged when the free cancellation expires.
