The picturesque island of Kea is one of Greece’s best kept secrets. Situated in the Cyclades, it feels like worlds away from Athens, yet is just a 1½ hour trip by car and ferry from Athens airport. The beaches on the island are some of the best in the Cyclades, offering beautiful sand and crystal clear waters.

Keavillas  are built in the traditional style of the Island, especially of Ioulida, and offer spacious terraced areas with pergolas offering fantastic views of the Aegean Sea.

There are three types of houses available that sleeps two (2), four (4) or six (6) people in order to serve our gests needs in the most relaxing manner.

Cancellation

Your booking maybe cancelled free of charge up to the date stated on your confirmation voucher.

If you fail to cancel on time, 100% fees apply.

In case of no show or earlier departure 100% fees apply.

Payment:

No prepayment needed at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card prior to arrival.

Payment will be settled upon arrival.

• _{Please note that upon arrival a credit card must be provided for settlement of the stay.}
• _{At the time of check-in and for validation reasons, you are kindly requested to present the same credit card used when making the reservation.}
• _{In any other case, the hotel will cancel all previous charges (if any) and charge the whole amount of the reservation on a new credit card that you should provide.}
