Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 21 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a 50% cancellation penalty fee or the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of non-show, there will be a 100% cancellation fee.

Payment:

• Credit card guarantee is required for all online bookings.
• All reservations will be secured with a  50% deposit at the time of booking and remaining balance to be paid upon check out.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card prior to arrival in order to check its validity.
