Cancellation

If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, the full amount of the stay is charged.

Payment:

- Upon booking no amount will be charged, 100% of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior arrival as a deposit.

- Up to 31 days prior to arrival no cancellation or modification fees will be applied.

- If you cancel or modify within 30 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellations fees will apply.

- All rates are per room per day / in Euro.

Note: We may preauthorize your credit card for the amount of 1€ to check validity.
