Cancellation

• Cancellations made 21 days or less prior to arrival will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• In the case of a no-show or early departure, the full reservation amount will be charged.
• If arrival occurs later than the confirmed check-in date, the full nightly rate will be charged for any unused nights.
• All prepayments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future stays.

Payment:

• A deposit equal to 30% of the total reservation value will be charged at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance will be charged 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Reservations of four (4) nights or less require full prepayment at the time of booking.
• For last-minute reservations, the full amount will be charged upon confirmation.
• All prepayments are non-refundable and non-transferable toward future stays.

If payment cannot be successfully processed in accordance with the above terms, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice or obligation.
