Cancellation

No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.

Reservation modifications can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival date for bookings within season 2026 with no extra charge.

For any cancellation received 14 days or prior, no extra fee will apply .

In case of cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged.

In case of cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival, 80% of the remaining balance will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation which is non-refundable will be charged.

For early departures, the total amount of the remaining stay which is non-refundable will be charged.

Payment:

30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking which is non-refundable but can be transfered within season 2026.

The remaining amount of the reservation will be charged 14 days before arrival.

Guests are required to show the same credit card used to make the reservation and a photo ID of the card holder upon check-in.

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.

The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
