Cancellation

Please note if you are required to cancel your reservation you must inform the hotel 21 days prior to your arrival date. In this case, the payment is refunded.

From 20 days before arrival, there is no refund.

Payment:

No deposit will be charged.

We will charge the full amount of reservation 20 days before arrival. 

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
