Cancellation

For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees. For any cancellation that takes place 21 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a 30% of the total amount of the booking as a cancellation penalty fee or the deposit will not be refunded. In case of non-show, there will be a cancellation fee of the entire booking. In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

For the confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the booking is required (by bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal).

The balance 70% to be paid upon arrival to the Hotel.
