Cancellation

You can make a cancellation without having any consequence of your booking 14 days, at least, before your arrival day. In case you will cancel your booking in a period less than 14 days of your arrival the Hotel preserve the right according to G.T.O. to require 50% of the total amount of your booking. In case you will depart earlier without previous announcement the Hotel also has the right according to G.T.O to collect the value of 50% of the rest of your booked nights in addition to the value of your accommodation so far.In case of no show with out any notification or cancelation, the hotel preserve the right to charge the first night of staying and cancel the rest reservation.

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.

Hotel has the right to charge credit card with the 30% of the total of the reservation any time after booking and the remaining balance is to be paid 20 days prior arrival
