The IOANNIDIS GUESTHOUSE has 7 rooms of two, three and four beds, with central heating, private bathroom and TV.

They are all built in a traditional style, each one with its own unique personal character:

for example the room with its special handmade blue ceiling, or the room with the old barrel (made on the spot in 1813!).

There are also rooms with a fireplace, and in all of them you will enjoy, not only the warm atmosphere made by the stone, the wood and the handmade rugs,

but also the great view of the village and Astraka Mountain.

In the kitchen you can find all that you need to make yourself a cup of coffee!

Policies

Cancellation

• If cancelled up to 5 days before the date of arrival; No cancellation fee will be charged.
• If cancelled 4 days or less before the date of arrival; The stay’s first night will be charged.
• In case of no-show; The full [100%] amount of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of or early departure; 100% of the remaining costs of the reservation will be charged.

Payment:

The reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Once the reservation is completed, Ioannidis Guesthouse reserves the right to pre-authorize the total reservation amount from the provided credit card, which will be temporarily held and deducted from the customer’s credit card limit. This temporary hold is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the customer’s credit card. The hold falls off within 14 days at the latest. The preauthorization process ensures the online security and privacy of the card holder and prevents any fraudulent attempts.
