Policies

Cancellation

• If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• If cancelled less than 21 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• In case of no-show or earlier departure, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payment:

• 20% of the total amount will be charged upon booking confirmation.
• Remaining Balance to be paid upon arrival at Ilyessa Cottages.
