Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date,there are cancellation fees 30% of the total cost.
• For any cancellation that takes place 21 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there are cancellation fees 100% of total cost.
• In case of non-show, there are cancellation fees 100% of the total cost.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

In order to secure your reservation it is necessary to prepay an amount, 30% of the total cost. The rest amount will be paid within 21 day prior to arrival.
