Cancellation

For any cancellation received 5 days or prior, no fee will apply & the amount paid will be refunded.

For any cancellation received 4 to 2 days prior to arrival, 80% charge of the entire amount due will apply.

For cancellations 1 day prior to arrival or non-show, 100% charge of the entire amount due will apply.

For early departures, the total amount of the remaining stay is non-refundable/will be charged.

Payment:

An advance payment of 30% of the total reservation is required at the time of booking.

The remaining 70% will be paid up to 5 days prior to arrival.

Guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation and an ID or passport with a photo of the cardholder upon arrival at the hotel. Please note that if you wish to proceed with a cash payment in the resort, euros up to 500€ are accepted per reservation and or per stay.
