• Less than 21 days prior to confirmed arrival date: 30% of total stay is charged.
• Less than 07 days prior to confirmed arrival date: 50% of total stay is charged.
• No show fee, departure prior or arrival after the confirmed dates: 100% of total accommodation charges or remaining accommodation balance.

Payment:

• All flexible reservations are to be secured by a 30% deposit upon confirmation.
• All remaining balances as per cancellation policy to be settled upon check-in.

Please note that if the case of prepayment or deposit, you are obliged by our policy to present upon check-in, the Credit Card used, along with your ID or passport to verify.. The credit card used must be under the name of one of the residents. Otherwise, your credit card won't be accepted.
