Cancellation

• For cancellations up to the date stated on your reservation no cancellation fees apply.
• Cancellations after the date stated on your reservation results a charge of 30% of the cost of the stay.
• No show or departure prior to the scheduled date results a charge of 100% of the cost of the stay.

Payment:

• No prepayment required at the time of booking.
• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
• A 30% deposit will be charged to your credit once the free cancellation period expires.
• Balance will be settled upon your arrival at the hotel.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
