Cancellation

For any cancellation that takes place at least 14 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees. For any cancellation that takes place 14 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a 50% cancellation penalty fee or the deposit will not be refunded. In case of non-show there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

• Deposit 50% of the total amount is required within 14 days of arrival.
• Remaining balance upon check out.
