Policies

Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 31 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 30 to 21 days prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a 50% cancellation penalty fee or the deposit will not be refunded.
• For any cancellation that takes place 20 days or less prior to the arrival date of the guest, the total amount of the stay is charged
• In case of non-show, there will be a full payment fee. In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
