Cancellation

• If the cancellation takes place at least 2,14 or 21 days (depending on the season - low, middle, high) before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and no cancellation fees will be applied.
• For any cancellation that takes place 2,14 or 21 days (depending on the season - low, middle, high) or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a 50% cancellation penalty fee.
• In the case of no-show, the whole amount will be charged.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

• A valid Credit Card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
• Evi Rooms reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.
