Cancellation
- For any cancellation 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit of 30% is non refundable.
- If cancelled or modified 29-10 days before date of arrival, 70% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Payment:
- 30% prepayment is required upon booking confirmation.
- Remaining balance will be settled 10 days prior arrival.
