Esperas offers you the unique opportunity to experience the traditional cave houses of Santorini. A five minute walk from the center of the picturesque village of Oia, the complex, is exclusively situated on the edge of a hanging cliffside, overlooking the breathtaking sunset in the volcanic sea. Within a short distance, at the bottom of the cliff lies the port of Amoudi with its tavernas, splashing fishing boats and small  bay. All of our units have been rebuilt respecting the original architecture and decorated with authentic style and pieces and in their own distinct style. An ambiance of comfort and relaxation is present throughout the 20 units, complimented by traditional furniture and antique pieces.

Cancellation

• If cancellation occurs till 7 days prior to arrival the 40% deposit will be held as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation occurs 6-0 days prior to arrival, the 100% of total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of no-show, or early departure, the 100% of total accommodation cost is charged as cancellation fees.

Payment:

• 40% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged on Client's credit card on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
• Remaining 60% in the 7 days before the arrival.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the client's Credit Card to secure payment.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time in case invalid credit card information or data has been provided
