This special or promotional rate is subject to the following cancellation fees:

• After reservation is completed, a 10% cancellation fee will apply in case of cancellation or amendment.
• If cancelled 14 day or less before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged
• In case of no-show or early departure, the total reservation amount will be charged in full 

Cancellation fees will be balanced against the original non-refundable deposit paid.
