This special or promotional rate is subject to the following cancellation fees:

• After reservation is completed, a 10% cancellation fee will apply in case of cancellation or amendment.
• If cancelled 14 day or less before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged
• In case of no-show or early departure, the total reservation amount will be charged in full 

Cancellation fees will be balanced against the original non-refundable deposit paid.

This standard rate is subject to the following specific payment requirements:

• A 30% deposit by credit-card is required; your credit card will be charged 14 days ahead of your arrival date.
• The remaining amount due is to be paid upon arrival, in order to conclude your check-in at the hotel.
