Cancellation

In case of cancellation please notify immediately in writing. 

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations more than 8 weeks before the check-in, prepayment of 30% is fully refundable. For cancellations less than 8 weeks before the check-in, no refund will take place. We therefore strongly recommend Travel Insurance.

Please note that any bank expenses associated with the prepayment transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
 

Payment:

A prepayment of 30% of the total rental amount is required to secure the booking.
Reservations are considered confirmed after receiving the prepayment of 30%.
The outstanding balance will be charged to the provided credit card 8 weeks before the check-in day.
