Efi Studios offers rooms, studios & family apartments, in a quiet neighborhood in the village of Drios in Paros, Greece. The building is surrounded by a very nice garden with dining/sitting areas. Low level accommodation is offered at cheap prices and is also available for long-term rentals (on monthly or seasonal basis). The upper floor studio & apartment have private balconies with view over the village to the sea. Located about 7min. walk  from the nearest beach, and a couple of minutes from the center of the village where Efi Studios owners run their own restaurant with home-made Greek dishes.

Policies

Cancellation

For cancellations up to  21 days before your arrival date full refund of deposit will be given, less credit card charges if applicable.

For cancellations  made between 21 days to 7 days prior arrival date there will be a refund equal to 50% of the deposit.

No refund will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of arrival date.

For no-show or premature departure, 50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged.

Payment:

A deposit of 20% of the total cost of your stay wiil be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.

The deposit is fully refundable for cancellations up to  21 days before the arrival date.
