Policies

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, no charges or cancellation fees will be applied. However, if cancellation occurs later or if the guest fails to show, the total amount of the reservation will be due.

Payment:

• 25% of the reservation is required at the time of booking as a deposit.
• Minimum deposit is 1 night.
• The remaining amount must be paid on check-in at the property.
• If you selected to pay the deposit by bank transfer, you are kindly requested to deposit 25% of the reservation value within 3 working days. Please state at the bank transfer, the name you entered in the booking.
• If you selected to pay the deposit by credit card, please be advised that the credit card you registered during the procedure will be charged at the time of booking with 25% of the reservation value.

Important Note:

The Cardholder's name should always be the same as the Guest's details name. Please note that upon arrival credit card must be provided for the settlement of the stay. At the time of check-in and for validation reasons, you are kindly requested to present the same credit card on which the reservation's deposit was charged.
